Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:
- Halloween Candles (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Halloween Floral Arrangements (due to their perishable nature)
- Any items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items

Once approved, please pack your item securely in its original packaging and include:

Damaged or Defective Items
