Returns & Exchanges Policy

While we work our mystical magic to ensure you receive perfect products for your haunted domain, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange might be necessary. Here’s our spellbook for returns and exchanges:

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Returned within our 15-day window

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their supernatural nature:

• Halloween Candles (for safety and hygiene reasons)
• Halloween Floral Arrangements (due to their perishable nature)
• Any items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”

3 Ship Your Return

Once approved, please pack your item securely in its original packaging and include:

• The return authorization form (included in your approval email)
• A copy of your original order confirmation

Once we receive your return, our ghouls will inspect it within 3-5 business days. We’ll then process your refund or exchange according to your preference.

After we approve your return, please allow:

• Credit card payments: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
• PayPal payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to process

What’s Refunded?

We refund the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for items of equal value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive item, you’ll need to pay the difference. For less expensive exchanges, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Halloween treasures arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
